Helen Provides face-to-face sessions in her Cardiff City Centre Office. She works Monday to Thursday, providing day time sessions.

Sessions are £140 per hour and Helen is also accepting clients with the WPA and Aviva insurance companies.

Helen conducts assessments for the purpose of providing psychological therapy. Due to current commitments she does not have the capacity to undertake one-off assessments.

​

Helen is an adult psychologist and specialises in over 18's. If you are looking at the website for a relative, please note, that your relative will need to make contact with her, as psychological therapy is a very collaborative process.

​

Please email enquiries rather than phoning, as Helen turns off her mobile phone in order to avoid disturbances in her clinic.

Due to the highly confidential nature of psychological therapy, Helen does not offer any work shadowing or work placement opportunities.

Helen does not provide emergency mental health support. The NHS have a telephone line 111, option 2, for this purpose.
